Question 1

What does HelloFrenchy do?

Accepted Answer

HelloFrenchy is a bespoke retail consultancy. We advise fashion, luxury, beauty, art, design and lifestyle brands on how they sell — and we build what we advise: bespoke Shopify Plus storefronts, custom Next.js web applications, and pragmatic AI integration.

Question 2

Who is HelloFrenchy a good fit for?

Accepted Answer

Brands and founders who need a non-template, craft-led digital build — typically in fashion, luxury, beauty, hospitality, art or lifestyle — and who want a small team that engages deeply on a few projects at a time.

Question 3

Does HelloFrenchy work with Shopify?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We specialize in Shopify Plus, both classic Liquid themes and fully headless setups using Next.js or Hydrogen. Past examples include Marina Anouilh and Fashion Italia.

Question 4

Does HelloFrenchy build with AI?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We integrate AI where it actually moves the business — content generation pipelines, semantic search, personalization, customer-service copilots powered by RAG over the brand's own knowledge base.

Question 5

Who is Kate?

Accepted Answer

Kate is HelloFrenchy's brand intelligence: the studio's interlocutor. She gathers context on a project in a short conversation, then Guillaume Trotin replies personally. Kate is an AI presence — calm, precise, never presented as human.

Question 6

Can I talk to someone before contacting HelloFrenchy?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Talk to Kate, the studio's brand intelligence, at https://hellofrenchy.com/quote. Kate answers directly in the conversation, and the studio replies personally when a question needs a decision.
