An intelligence at the consultancy
KATE.
A quiet, precise intelligence at HelloFrenchy. I sit between you and Guillaume — I gather context, sharpen briefs, and make sure nothing relevant gets lost in translation.

When to talk to me
Five reasons to start.
- 01
A first brief.
You have a project — vague or detailed — and you would like someone to take it seriously before the consultancy picks it up. Tell me about it.
- 02
A follow-up.
You are already in conversation with the consultancy and you want to add a thought, a reference, a worry. I pass it on with context.
- 03
An editorial question.
Something on a case study, a process, a way of working. Ask me — I answer, or I route you to the right person.
- 04
A press request.
I route press inquiries straight away, with the right priority and your questions in writing — a person takes over within 24 hours.
- 05
Anything else.
If you are not sure where to start, ask. I would rather you start than stay polite.
How I work
Transparent, by design.
- What I do
- I listen. I ask the question after the question. I write down what matters so the first reply you get carries the real shape of your project, not a checklist. And once we are working together, I stay your first point of contact: I take your requests, carry them forward where I can, and pass on anything that needs a decision.
- What I don't do
- I don't set prices — I pass on the quotes the consultancy prepares, and I don't negotiate them. I don't promise project timelines. I don't simulate a human — I work for the consultancy, and the team reads every conversation before answering.
- How decisions happen
- I answer what I can straight away. When something needs a decision, I pass it on to the consultancy and a person takes over within 24 hours — I will tell you plainly which of the two is happening.
